Outeniqua Aluminium Worx is the specialist aluminium fabricator for the Garden Route – windows, sliding doors, stack doors, patio enclosures, frameless showers, balustrades. Ten years plus in the trade. Every serious home builder in George knows the name.

The brief was the brand-plus-website build – reposition the business from aluminium contractor to the view specialist of the Garden Route, and give the site the job of qualifying quotes so the workshop is not chasing tyre-kickers.

Challenge

Aluminium is a considered purchase. A home-owner deciding on stack doors for a coastal build is comparing three quotes, and the site’s job is to be the one that closes them before they walk in. Most fabricator sites in the market look like PDF catalogues – wrong tone for a category where the buyer is picking who to trust with a R150k spec.

We needed the site to hold the specialist authority (this is the workshop the architects specify), the range (windows through to bespoke balustrades), and the local warmth (a George business, not a national franchise) all at once.

The work

We built the identity around the outlook the business enables – the view specialist – anchoring every page on what the product is really for: framing the Garden Route. Not aluminium. The view.

Anchor languageInnovative Aluminium, Timeless Quality. Your Vision, Our Expertise. Positioning the buyer’s design intent above the material spec.

Product categories – Windows, Sliding Doors, Stack Doors, Patio Enclosures, Balustrades, Frameless Showers, Custom Aluminium. Each with what it is, where it is used, the materials and finishes available, and the reason to choose Outeniqua for it.

Latest Projects – a portfolio of recent installs from Garden Route homes and commercial builds. Real photography, real specifications, real credit to the workshop. Rebuilds the trust the buyer is looking for.

Quote flow – contact and quote-request forms that qualify the enquiry (project type, timeline, location, product interest) so the workshop’s reply is already useful, not a template.

Editable everywhere – WordPress with a clean CMS setup so the workshop can add projects, update product ranges, and publish before-and-after photography without a developer round.

If your specialist workshop is losing quotes to the fabricator with the better website, the workshop is not the problem. Talk to us about the site that qualifies for you.
